• The CKT series low-noise cabinet centrifugal fan is developed and improved by our company by drawing on the strengths of domestic wind cabinets. Through advanced MGS automatic testing system, aerodynamic analysis, performance and structural optimization design of the fan are carried out. Through engineering application verification of air conditioning and ventilation systems, the CKT series is currently one of the wind cabinets with international advanced technology level. The wind cabinet has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency, and easy installation and maintenance.
  Widely used in purification, environmental protection, and equipment matching in various industries, as well as for smoke exhaust and ventilation in hotels, canteens, and restaurants. The medium being transported is air or other non self igniting gases that are harmless to the human body. The medium does not contain viscous substances, dust, or hard particles ≤ 100mg/m3, and the temperature is ≤ 80 ℃.
  The CKT series fans come in twelve machine numbers for customers to choose from: 9 ', 10', 12 ', 15', 18 ', 20', 22 ', 25', 28 ', 30', 33 ', and 36'.

  The fan has a beautiful and elegant appearance, a compact structure, and stable connections. It can also be disassembled and assembled as a whole, making it easy for users to transport and install, and meeting the installation requirements of different occasions.
  The material used for the fan casing is high-quality profiles, and precision CNC cutting and forming machinery ensure the craftsmanship; The frame is formed by a dedicated molding machine through one-time embedding (or aluminum alloy frame), and the box board is treated with advanced baking paint technology to ensure bright color, durability, and no fading of the product.
  The impeller adopts a forward multi wing low-noise design, made of high-quality sheet metal. The entire processing of the impeller is guaranteed by precision molds. The impeller undergoes dynamic balance correction, strength calculation, and overspeed testing to ensure quality, making it comparable to imported impellers. The bearings are made of high-quality materials, and the selection and load-bearing capacity of the bearings are calculated to ensure that they are within the safe range of use, ensuring the service life and durability of the bearings.
  The motor is selected as an efficient motor, and the rotor of the motor is calibrated by a high-precision dynamic balancing machine. The stator is impregnated using vacuum impregnation technology. The motor has a high load power and a long service life, ensuring stable, safe and reliable operation.
